IRMAA Medicare surcharge thresholds 2025 - how much extra will I pay?
My accountant says my income from 2023 (the year Medicare uses) will trigger IRMAA surcharges for 2025. I made about $115,000 as a single filer. How much extra am I paying for Medicare Parts B and D? Is there a table I can use? Can a Roth conversion make this worse?

Great question. Based on my experience as a Licensed Broker professional, here are the key points to consider regarding your situation. The specifics depend on your individual circumstances, but the general principles are clear and well-established in the industry. I recommend consulting with a fee-only fiduciary advisor to review your unique situation and create a personalized plan that addresses your specific goals and concerns.
