How does disability insurance coordinate with workers compensation benefits?

I was injured at work and I'm receiving workers comp benefits (about 66% of my pre-injury wage). I also have private LTD insurance through my employer. Can I collect both simultaneously? My LTD policy mentions an 'integration with workers comp' clause that reduces my LTD benefit dollar-for-dollar by any workers comp received. Is that standard? After workers comp ends, will my LTD benefit return to the full amount?
